By clicking the Signup Now button:

  • You confirm you are 21 years of age, or older.
  • You authorize ACORN Winery to charge your credit card twice a year, as long as you continue to be a member. (Base price $200 or less, Not including tax and shipping)
  • You will notify ACORN Winery of any address or credit card changes two weeks prior to a scheduled shipment. We will send you an email before each shipment to remind you to update your information. You will be responsible for additional shipping charges incurred due to misdirected shipments to an outdated address.
  • You confirm that you will comply with all wine shipping regulations imposed by the state to which your wine will be shipped.
    - CANCELLATION POLICY: You may cancel your membership at any time, by notifying ACORN Winery by email. Upon cancellation, you will have no further obligation for any wine purchase that has not already been charged.
